The breakfast buffet and coffee service. Flat screen TV, mini fridge, good water pressure, accessible from the parking lot, clean stairwells.
The feather pillows were itchy.

Somewhat new. Rooms clean and updated. Flat screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, spacious bathrooms with good water pressure. Breakfast buffet in a.m. is wonderful and the pool is indoor/outdoor. Good location - very near concert location.
Had the privacy, signed out briefly (20 minutes) while dressing, etc., and room wasn't cleaned because of it.

We had put out the privacy sign for about 20 minutes because we heard housekeeping in the hall and wanted to finish dressing, etc. before they came. Although we took the sign down and left, the room was not cleaned at all that day, apparently because they respected the privacy request. This has never happened at any other hotel - they generally come to that room later on and clean after the sign is removed. The staff was very friendly,the cont. breakfast was great, the room was very comfortable, was close to mall and the Woodlands Pav., where we went to a concert at.

The rooms were very neat, clean, up-to-date and well kept.
There was an HD flat screen in the room but could not receive HD channels.

The hot breakfast was very nice and the kids liked the heated indoor/outdoor pool, since it was cold outside.
The eggs served at breakfast were not good, they tasted fake and grainy.

This hotel was very easy to get to, right off of the highway. Even though it was on the highway, it was quiet and had a security gate. It was well lit and the staff was very friendly.

I have stayed at several hotels never a Drury Inn. I have never been so impressed with a hotel. The room was super clean, it was in an awesome location, they served a full complimentary breakfast, hot chocolate, microwave and fridge in the room - very friendly and helpful staff!
